I can see the face but sorry to have to tell you that I actually believe it's a rock. But hold on to it, it'll make a good conversation piece.

unlesss u found this in an area u wernt supposed to be in, time to head to the nearest museum and ask some one in the native american artifacts dept. or some one similar.

I would say just a rock but the impression is too even on both sides. It appears to have cheeks that are evenly distributed. I really don't know, I'd bring it to a curator at the museum, see what they think before discarding it

Thanks for all the replies! I thank I'll have to take it to the museum to have someone look at it. I thank it looks like it could be a face.
