Just time to get out and quit listenin to the news. First big snow of the year last night here at the Summit. Bout 8 to 10 inches. Heavy wet snow that broke down a lot of aspens, and caused a few power outages throughout the county. Well, I got 4 months this year when I didn't have to shovel snow. Fun to listen to locals speculate about the weather, and the two schools of thought: this is early and will keep up til mid-May, or this is all we will get.

I guess I-70 was down for a bit last night.

Working on waxing my Whelen tent this week, wow, gorgeous.

Beautiful. Just keep it there....I'm not ready to break out the snow tires just yet.

Yeah,it got shut down at the tunnel for a while then Vail pass westbound and I guess east bound for quite a while. Usually it gets shut down not because you can't drive on it, but because people couldn't drive on it, if you know what I'm sayin.

Dang-it, I need new tires for this winter. Maybe I'll just stay home?

still a beautiful fall here in indiana

Great pics. Here in Maryland it's going to be 80 degrees Thursday. Yellow jackets are still out, no woods digging yet.

Just found my new background for my Computer Chug

Very beautiful, indeed! Still waiting to see if any trees are going to have color or if they're just dropping leaves.
