Good morning, Simon. Wow, you have hooked me up with tunes for me to listen to at work! Thank you very much. I got the wonderful news yesterday that I am going to be full time for a while. I will need them. Crazy time we’re in.

Oh BTW, I don’t give likes until I have listened to them. That’s how I keep track.

That is a good method. Almost sounds like an accountant thingy :laughing7:

One of these days when I have time,( :icon_scratch: ), I plan on going through all the songs posted here and put them in a spreadsheet cause I know I have duplicated a few and there have been a few I did not post because I thought it had already been done. This will take the guess work out of it, for me at least. Love your thread. :notworthy:

I tried that, once. Then I decided what the heck, they are favorites. There’s nothing wrong with posting multiple times.

Agree and Simon, thanks for posting these! Always good to hear the tunes again that we grew up with! You guys stay safe and hopefully soon we will be celebrating the end of this nightmare!

Simon, you reminded me of one of my favorites from the Byrds. I can remember when I first came across the chapter in the bible that they made this song from. I was amazed to say the least. I often wondered how many people realized they were enjoying scripture. I know I didn't at the time.

You can follow along. They didn't change the words too much.
Ecclesiastes 3
A Time for Everything

3 There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:

[SUP]2 [/SUP] a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
[SUP]3 [/SUP] a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
[SUP]4 [/SUP] a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
[SUP]5 [/SUP] a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
[SUP]6 [/SUP] a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
[SUP]7 [/SUP] a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
[SUP]8 [/SUP] a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

So, as I understand it, Nazareth is still performing, but with out one original band member. That seems odd to me that they keep the band name. :dontknow:

Anyway, here is a short video from Pete Agnew about the current situation.
