Finally Dug Something to Post: Wife's Happy !!!

Went out this evening to rehunt a permission I hit on Sunday. Nothing too much to get excited about, being that I am a coin shooter, I only put in about 1 hour. The wife was so ecstatic when she saw the ring. She swore it was a canary diamond, I looked it up on line, It costs $139 new. She's going to have it fixed and plans on wearing it. "Happy wife, happy life".

The property is next to one I hunted last year, no keepers dug their either. I believe they have been hunted years ago. On Sunday I used the F75, tonight I swung the XP Deus. Best find so far using the Deus.

I wish it would rain long and hard this week. This summer has been too dry to hunt new permissions. The guy that owns this house is fixing it up and doesn't care if I dig the dry sod.

Loco...great score! I'm not sure what's more fun..finding a ring, or finding a pretty finger to put it on! I agree with the condition of the dirt, I got re-permissioned at a beautiful 1850 house in town, first plug turned to dust...I kicked it closed and told them I'd be back after a good rain, I couldn't do it..great post..thx..ddf

My found gold rings seem to end up being my wife's also...every darn time. She has plans for a custom ring I hear.

It's ok, because when it's time for a new accessory, coil, or machine those little boogers will pay back in spades!

Yeah that happened to me when I found a 925 with a CZ princess cut with 2 smaller CZs next to it. Mine, as yours, is a beautiful ring and I am happy I can contribute to my wife's appeal lol.

You got that right Scuba, not quite as tolerant as she was in 2014 when I had cart Blanche to dig as much as I wanted. Now I get out most weekends and a couple evenings a month.

Thanks DT, she is a keeper, for my birthday in 2015 she bought me a 12" x 15" coil, for Christmas she helped Santa give me many dirt fishing related items to include a Garrett Carrot.
