Finally Got out Today.

I need to try taking an Oxycodone for my Back next time.

what felt like a 30 to 45 Minute Hike around the White Building,
was probably only 20 minutes tops









First Dig as I entered the Park, about an Inch Down



Second Dig Behind the Building, Large Round Right shape
But Aluminum, about 2 Inches Down.



third & Final Dig ,
Took awhile, About 5" Down
I felt it in My Rib While Trying to Dig through Gravel to Reach Soft Ground.
stabbed it twice.



all my Pain went away when I saw this and kept swinging, but couldn't find any
more repeatable signals there, then my pain come back.

headed for the car and picked up an eyeball find. just because.



when I got back to town I saw this
& stopped to Take a Pic. It as hit by a Car, But
Opened it's Mouth Wide & headed my Way,
When I walked over to get a Pic



Unfortunately it Curled up at that Point & an SUV
Ran over its Head seconds Before this Pic.
I'd guess 4 to 5 feet

it's a vintage Aluminum Seal from a Jar.

though this is a newer version.
I think this will help you get the idea



it as found between the white building and Bar-BQ pit
so it may have been a seal on BBQ sauce

Good sunshine, as long it is not sweltering like here today, movement - and delight.

That's kind of a miracle cure for just about everything. I went out today for only about 20 minutes in rock hard dirt. Found two pennies and was approaching sunstroke.

Getting out is what matters for our health. I knew when to stop.

Back pain sucks jeff. I'm out of commission myself for a week with the same so I know how you feel. Finally broke down and got Rx muscle relaxants. Take it easy with the swinging in the short term so that you can swing for the long term jeff and good luck.

Not sure when I can get out next, tore my hamstring last week and have been barely able to walk. Starting to get better and having physical therapy but probably a couple months before I can bend and dig.

Maybe I can get the long handle scoop out and hit the beach in a couple weeks.
