Finally I did it!!!!

Today I woke up early and walked outside dressed for detecting it was so damn hot I walked back inside I took all my clothes off and got back in bed. Oh that lasted about 20 minutes so I got dressed again and was heading toward the French Quarter in New Orleans which is roughly 120 minutes. The place where I found my large cents Was totally in shambles they were working and they didn?t seem like they were planning on quitting anytime soon. So I?m riding home I thought about City Park. Or year and a half ago they told me they changed the rules unless you?re an archaeologists no more Metal Detecting. So I got to the point where I went to my spot that I?ve gotten over 40 3 ringers and 4 dropped 69cal. It?s amazing how those things would go right through a femur. Well after my three ringer I said since I?m out here I?ll do it until they kick me out and then it happened my Barber Quarter which has eluded me for so long. I have many 1907-O Barbara Dimes and a 1907-O Barber Half dollar (which I found at a park in Mississippi and that?s the only thing I found.)And now I have the whole family together a 1907-O

I remember working in Houston TX one day and from being from the BC mountains the 98/98 temps were a killer.
It sucked really and having a salt tablet dispenser attached to the water station basically said I was out of my league working in a drilling pipe coating facility.
We get the humidex factor days of 95-100F, but then they only last a few, then a cold front drives them out.
I don't know how you folks live in it, 24/7 month after month Truth.

We?re at 99? and with the humidity it ?feels like?106?. Where experiencing a heat wave over La and Miss. Its sooo thick I was just in Dallas last week and I can handle that dry heat, but this sh$t is hell. You get off the airplane and it?s freezing in the airport and when you?re walking outside and those two doors open up it?s like a wet blanket smacking you in your face?.hard lol
