Finally!! Only my 4th one in 4 years.

Sounds crazy but I’ve only found 3 little Indians in 4 years of relentless detecting and I found #4 today. IHP’s seem to elude me no matter what! It’s crazy I’ve found twice a many clay marbles then IHP’s. Lol Crazy hobby I tell yeah.

Congrats! I don't know what detector you have but with my MX sport and M6 IHP's ring up strangely?! Usually they ring up as pulltab to zinc cent but solid target. I hope this tip helps with more IHP recoveries!!!!!

I was using my Max surprisingly it rang up as a perfect nickel.

Ground balance was high at 87

I hear ya Truth. This hobby is crazy. My elusive coin was the Barber Quarter. Then after many years I finally found one, and to this day I have only found 2. I have actually found more Seated Quarters (4) , and Morgan Dollars (5) than I have Barber Quarters. Its not like they are rare around these parts. I just dont step over them ! Congrats on your Indian.

The Barber Quarter is hard. I have the half and dime but no quarter.

Nice group of finds! I was searching a neighbors yard and found about 125 coins, mostly memorials but I did not find a single wheat cent but I did find 2 IH's. go figure. I found 6 or seven silvers. ODD

I have a spot at a old park where I’ve gotten 16 V nickels and nothing else. Weird lol
