Finally, some GOLD with some spectactuar ICE

figured after taking my wife to dinner i would spend the waining daylight hours hunting the ball park. I was out there at best 3o minutes. Came across the usually;ab clad, beer caps, poptops, copper wire; then a signal i almost past up reading pull tab but was different in some ways. I rolled my eyes and bent down to dig the four inch plug. What appeared first was the bundle of diamonds protruding from the dirt which at first appears like the edge of a beer cap, but as I pulled it the rest of the way out this is my best find to date ! 14K with 25 diamonds.

Ha Ha Ha, you know it dude. I had to pry it off her finger...and next week is our anniversary! Did not get the opportunity to go into town the weekend to get appraised but will very soon and up y'all.

Thanks for the offer Mike. Linda wants it badly and the ring is being appraised this week. Seeing that this week is our 18th anniversary, I had no real options there. I took it in to portage and it is real diamonds. They will be mapping it and gives us a full insurance appraisal by Thurs or Fri.
