Finally struck GOLD

Well I've been at this a while and I finally got some gold. Sadly the massive center diamond was missing out of this 14K ring, but the 12 smaller diamonds are decent sized and good quality stones.

Nice find congrats! More details please for those of us still breaking our backs and not finding gold: on the towel line in the dry sand? On a coin line above the water line, or just a random find? At least let us pretend we have a chance

flgliderpilot I found the ring in the soft sand about 15-20 yards from the dunes. Well above the towel line. There was a turtle nesting area roped off at the foot of the dunes and the area in front looked like it had been smoothed by one of the beach tractors. Although there were no cars in that area it would have been about mid "Car line" I suspect it fell out of a pocket while someone was getting into their car. Hope that helps you get closer to your first gold ring.

Ummm yeah.

Did you test the remaining stones ? If real then YES return and sift like a baker at a flour convention...

The diamond that fell out of that ring would be worth some serious bucks depending on clarity.

Gonna be a hard long sift... but if found would be worth the long tedious work.

If you do not find it... it will possibly never be found.
