When you reply to a post, or put up a post, there is a tool bar at the top.
Click on the icon, 3rd from the right, that looks like a picture.
Then click on where the image is stored. If on your computer, click on computer, then browse. After picture opens, click on the picture you want, then click on save button at bottom right corner.Then click on the upload button.
