Finds from yesterday eve & today....even most of a silver cross!
Weather is finally beautiful so I got out for 2 hrs. last evening & 7 hrs. today.
First picture is most of the trade silver I got. Unfortuately, part of the cross is missing, but I couln't believe the loop was still attached!
I wish the scan would have shown the details better as some of the pieces have some pretty unique engraving.
Second picture has tinklers, two buttons, two pieces of sideplates, (one is a dragon), nice arrow point, ram-rod thimble & a ribbed pewter loop.
Also a blue, cut bead.

Seriously, great great bunch of finds. Do you find these along rivers, or at old trading post sites. I just made a new thread, wondering if any of you who are posting here have ever been to a rendevous site, as I did some reading when I was a teenager......and dreamed about what it might have been like back then.......now wondering what I could find if I could locate a site. Could only wonder what they might have lost, or left.
