first gold ring

i found this yesterday! it has 6 diamonds and 1 big stone! the ring says 10k ! i dont know if the stones are real or not!!! i hope so!!!!!

From all I've seen of rings, real gold USUALLY means real stones. However, if it's a low quality gold the stones often are too.
