FIRST HUNT OF 2013

Did pretty well in a half hour. Tried out my new 9x12 coil on my ace 250 at a spot I had hunted to death last year. Right before I left I got a coin signal 4-6 down so I dug it and our popped these guys! It's my first ever liberty nickel. Going back out tomorrow! Good break in the snow here in indiana!

Where you at in indiana? Im up here northwest (Schererville) part and I do believe hells gonna freeze over before i find a coin like that nickel,lol. Congratulations nice find.HH

I'm in the muncie area to the west. Near ft Wayne almost. We just had a little warm-up to about the 40's this week and the snow melted off!
