First silver quarter and 1st musket ball

Had a good day...first silver quarter and first musket ball (pulled from a colonial field)

Quarter is kinda stained.

Side note - I love the sound of silver coins clinking together, so on the way home I stashed the quarter and a wheatie in my car's shift boot and listened to that clink every shift




Anyone know why my pics always turn 90 degrees after I upload via iPhone?

Congrats on pulling a couple of firsts. I believe it is because they are taller instead of wider. If you click through to max resolution they are in the correct direction.

Congrats on your first silver quarter!!! I just found my first Washington quarter within the last week! That's funny you mention the silver clinking sound. I know the sound you mean. About the pictures uploading sideways, mine would always do that when uploading on a Mac computer. This is until I first downloaded, saved the photo on the computer and then uploaded it.
