I agree.  And did it have any tarnish on it when you found it?  It looks like gold in your photo.

Last item is probably a button.  If you could post a photo of the back of it, we might be able to narrow it down in terms of age--if there is any inscription on the back, please include that in your reply as well.

The seventh item from the end looks like a lead measuring weight for hanging on a scales.

I'm not that familiar with relics where you are as much as I'm familiar with relics here. Are their any markings on the piece? Like perhaps here:

The design on top of it in the photo I resized looks hand-done (not machine stamped), so it could be quite old.

It sure does look like gold to me!.

i cant see any markings at all for size refrance its about aprox 2inch

Rsz_6 - Buckle piece

Rsz_11 - If its made of Iron, its a Victorian (ish) flat bed iron (missing handle on top). If small & Lead then its a toy iron

The coin looks like a copper British penny King George V.
I found one of these in my back yard, dated 1922 and three King George VI, two dated 1948 and one 1949.
Better check the date on yours, in 1933 they only made seven of them, total!

Re: first time out with new detector on farm field posibale gold find *update

The token with the hole in looks interesting, can you read whats on both sides?

Clearly you should carefully (with Discrim. Low) search the area where the Gold came from.

I have two of these pennies as well---1896 Elizibeth something---and 1920 both have a seated figure holding a trident on the rev.

Awesome finds!

The crumpled bit looks like a small gold spoon to me as well, with hand working (the dot pattern) on the handle.

The image on the token looks like a bird in flight, maybe a dove or pigeon. Can you make out the words? "GOD" might be among them, but hard to tell from a pic.

[edit]

D'oh! Just saw your update saying what I just said. Call me slow... :)
