I have been following the forums here in treasurenet.com for a while and would like some help from the experts. Could someone help and tell me what these symbols means on this spoon? Trying to see if it is silver or silver plated. I know picture isn't to great..

It looks like letter G then a flower or clover followed by number 4 and can't quite make out what 4th is..
