I have found a lot of wheats at older schools. Hammer that place...there is bound to be more wheats and maybe even some older coins. Check around any big trees really well. Congratulations!!!

Congrats on your first wheat cent!!

Congrats on the wheatie Missy, Like the man said may be more @ the school! HH

Congratulations!

Those can be an indication that other old things can be lurking under the soil. Like coins made out a wilver!

Congratulations. My first year I used a Whites IDX Pro, it was a copper magnet. My nick name in my club was "Wheatie King". I would find 5 to 10 every time out with the club.

Way too cool, that's my birthdate. Good luck and keep em coming!

I love finding wheat pennies, I don't care what anyone says they are really cool. My oldest coin so far is a 1918! You have a great coin and I am sure you will find more. Welcome to the addiction, I mean hobby!
