I need some help with id'ing who the artist is (maybe British as I got this from England) Water color painting from the late 1960's early 1970's. Bright colors, flower in hair (goes great with the Cowsills song "The rain the park and other things from 1967) Reminds me of the hippie movement in the day...Any thoughts on who the artist could be is appreciated....Thanks in advance to all...

First name I believe is Michael, last name looks Balfour. I've researched that name but have found nothing concrete so far...
