Farmers field lots of bricks old school house was there . Found bunch of buttons sleigh bells other items hit it again and found this just rinsed picture coming out

Is it a flowing hair and is there words on all of The edges of them ?Thanks

Looks like a 1795 Liberty Cap. Awesome find. Too bad it didn't hold up better in the ground.
