Foam handle ?

I have a Tesoro Bandido that I have had close to 30 years.....I really like it but the foam handle and arm rest have gotten really hard. I want to replace them and asking you all for some good ideas/materials.

Go to a bicycle shop. Most have foam grips that will fit your shaft.

Tesoro may sell replacement foam pads for the armrest.
