Difficult to work out:
Think it starts IMPV but not certain. Seems to be an AD 260 to 290 style Radiate head but again I do not really see any spikes for the crown. The Reverse is similar to VIRTVS types where a figure leans on a shield and holds a spear but the shape and angle of the object is not as usually seen - could be leaning on a column but it is not straight! If the Emperor begins with V then closed face types appear to be Valerian I and Victorianus but the AE bronze coins would be reasonably large - probably over 19mm. So unless, some lettering and the gaps can be more clearly discerned in the flesh then I can not even really guess from the info currently pictured.

Don't clean it & Roman coins are very common & without an ID your be lucky to get $5.
