Foreign Military Button?

[fairangel]

On the front of this button around the rim there’s the letters: GALLOD.ILL.REXA.A.1859 HVN BOH.LOM?ETVEN(not sure about 4th one in the last line. It has 1/4FL at the bottom rim. I’m wondering if it’s a foreign military button. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you daroofa! I was hoping I had found something rare, maybe next time.
