It happens. Sometime the original poster requests things to be removed. Sometimes folks just become jackasses and the moderators delete them. Yesterday one whole thread was deleted due to plagarism.

We stopped deleting threads years ago unless they violate our rules and then they are a soft delete, they are still there, only admins and mod can see them. What is title of thread you are looking for, did you post it? If you do a search of the title of the thread you should find it, they did limit how many threads appear if you go to your profile and then threads started, put that only changed what was listed, none were deleted.
