A lot of the ones I've found like that have just a little bit of work done on the small end by the bulb of percussion on the flat side as if it were to fit into a haft there

Very nice…what percentage of your finds are Dover? I love the rich tone of Dover flint…I don't find as much as I think I would.

Probably 60 /40 dover or ft Payne it's always nice to find
