Found a Wheat ON a Coinstaaar Machine

Looked at a coinstaaar machine at local store saw something. Walked right up to it and picked it up
No Way 1941 penny, fliped it over AHHH back all scrached up. I guess the last owner didn't understand why the machine rejected it, but I was excited anyway...Love wheats, even scrached up... 8)

If they are returning wheat's I wonder what kind of silver that person returned? Do those machines take Halves ? I want to get one and put it at the end of my driveway next to my mailbox. What do you think?

sure looks like someone messed it up while diggin the plug. Otherwise they took an ice pick to a perfectly good coin. I wonder what the silver looks like this person dug? Think they fill the holes?
