Due to it being so thick it might not be a finished tool or it could be a small knife with a perferator tool on the end like a punch

Looks like a small knife and looks real , was it by itself ?
It was with a bunch of rocks that look point-like if you know what i mean

The other rocks may be artifacts as well. Probably native American. Or they could be some guy hobby flint knapping leftovers.

The other rocks were point like but obviously natural.
 

What state are you in, Gentle? It looks like a drill or perforator, but the pointed base reminds me of an Alapaha, a rare blade type from Florida and south Georgia.

I have not seen an identified point in the shape as that.
magnifying the photo I dont easily see any nodules.
 

Maybe an awl or drill? Cool find, whatever it is.
