found at rev war era campsite, any ideas?

We expanded our search at the new site and it keeps getting larger and larger. I got permission to hunt the site on weekends and i found over 40 targets. This site is loaded with rev war era items so I hope that can help with the ID. It looks so familiar to me but I just cant figure out what it was used for. Thanks for your help on ID
