Hey guys I wish I had more of a description for this however all I know is I found it in the park in the park is from the 1930s other than that I don’t know what it is please help it’s about the size of a half-dollar it looks like it’s made out of copper to steel or something
It's definitely interesting, based on the design I'm thinking it's older then early-20thc.
If you could please post pics that are larger then 300 - 400kb, it would help us to get a better look at pics #1 & 2.
My first thought was that it's baking or kitchen related.

That was my first thought too. Not a cookie cutter as such, suggested by @doctordetector, but from a cookie press or icing/sugarwork gun. Something in this territory:

I was thinking it may have been a cookie press die. Is it threaded? This link does not show what you have but it may help. It looks like it is some kind of extruder die.
