Found Ring - Translate please? Chinese?

[Kapidr]

Found this ring today - can anyone read the writing on the inside of the band?

[hbeaton]

Call me crazy but i'm not so sure its chinese...the first mark is very similar to a swiss company Revue Thommen's logo (a R + T combo logo). The second mark looks like a cross coupled with a plus sign. I might be wrong and it could very well be two chinese characters or import markings but thought I'd through an alternative out there.

Thanks for the input hopefully we can figure this out.

well I don't know chinese but since you asked. I think it says
