Found Silver, Almost Killed by a Porta Potty

Hey folks!

Found out about a good site last night and was itching to get out.

I got out early this evening and strapped my headlamp on. One of my early hits was a Dateless Buffalo, definitely a good sign. Midway through the hunt I found a 1920 Merc just as the wind and rain really started to pick up.

As I was finishing up I’d just dug a tax token and was getting a nickel signal when a huge gust of wind hit. I was crouched down about to dig and saw the honey bucket next to me slide 5 feet and start to tip as if it was going to fall on me. I put my arm up to brace the impact but thankfully it teetered for a moment then fell back into its upright position. That would’ve been one hell of a way to go.

yes, that would be a terrible way to go. I saw one get flipped with someone inside at a Patriots game years ago, that was probably the grossest thing I’ve ever seen.

Would make a great Gronk tide pods commercial.
