Found this in a lot next to my house!

I'm very new to the hobby, just getting a metal detector this christmas :P
I looked at some historical maps from early 40s, and there use to be a Farm where our house is! "also words from some of the neighbors who have been in the neighborhood for a long time"

Could i get some identification on this? to me it looks like an, Old tractor drive shaft.

It's Iron, about 30 pounds and 4 feet long

I ended up finding another very large piece of iron about 30 yards away! And I think it's mostly solid, and weighing more then double the last piece ��
