Found this little religious medallion yesterday while doing a private old yard.


Back & front. Has 1830 on it. 'Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee'

Yours looks like it may have come off of a rosary or perhaps a chaplet, due to the size of it.

It is called a Miraculous Medal. It is a Catholic devotional medal of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The year 1830 is not the year it was made, but year the design was revealed in a vision to Saint Catherine Laboure'.
