Found this yesterday. Does anyone know if there is a database lookup to research owners of old tags. Found close to home and would like to know if it was friend or family that owned it.

Your best bet would be the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission , it would seem to me. I have never had good luck with agencies like this keeping old records - their usual view is/was that non-current records are just taking up valuable file space and ought to be trashed. ymmv

Thank you. I checked with them and they don't have records. I'll just have to settle with it being a nice older find.
