Fried baloney sandwiches

You Arkansas Boys is tougher nails. You can have my share of carp.
I only eat them when there,s nothing else, but I,ll take it over possum. Serious,a small carp,2 lbs. or so if taken in the spring from a cold clear creek and any fat trimmed off is fittin to eat!The big ones not so!

I trust you. Enjoy.

I have never eaten any kind of Trout or other cold water game fish.We don,t have the cold water to support them. But I,d sure give it a try! That,s a nice Steelie!
Trout here in the mountains, but nothing that big.

There,s trout in the upper White River but that,s way North of me. Mostly Brown and Rainbow,a few Brookies.
Same here. But close enough for me to get them in 30 minutes. May be some in the creek on my back property line. Never fished it.

I take it you aren't a fan of hot peppers?
I grow my own jalapenos. I canned around 250 pints last fall and will do more this year. I sent the seed so I should have plants growing now.

Live on hot peppers. Grow them every year. Habanaro and cayenne my favorite. Make my own hot sauces.
Then you would enjoy my Jalapeño relish. Not like the sweet pickle relish, but a good condiment on just about anything.
