I still like Fried Bologna with an American slice of cheese and Catsup, Mustard and relish YUM YUM !!

We have a local Amish run deli that has garlic bologna. Yum!

The best bologna I have ever had is German Bologna I get from the Metonites. As a matter of fact, I have worked myself up. Fried Balogna and tomato soup for supper. On sourdough bread.

I am not going to knock relish. I do not understand it but it is the choice of each individual. I once ate termite eggs in a restaraunt on Mexico. They were not bad. But even them would not serve relish.
