GB2 or GB Pro

Has anyone used the GB Pro for gold shooting, coin and jewerly? I want to hunt for both gold in
the south west and around lakes and streams. Or would the GB2 work? Thank you.
I'm just starting this new hobby and will work the areas 3 or 4 days a week.

GB Pro has universal detecting funtions (coin, relic and prospecting). GB2 is gold only (its very poor to use for any other type of hunting).

Look in the 'Gold Prospecting with a Metal Detector' section of this site for discussions on these 2 detectors.
