GEM POINT! What's Your Thoughts?

I was wondering what your thoughts were on ''Gem Points"? Is it the translucence, or the extremely fine detail, or maybe the color/colors? I don't have as many and as nice as some of you others out there, but here are a few that I have found that I consider cool.

Please share your thoughts and Finds.

A friend of mine found a broken point in a field in Ohio. 3 years later he found the other half.

First crystal Gunther I found at Apple Hill N. California Hill A.D.600 perhaps to the turn of the century . Small it will fit on a penny .
