I look at it one way & it looks geo- another way & it looks artifact.

I'm pretty sure it's a scraper that has been damaged by the elements. Is it a uniface piece? If so, is it worn smooth on the flat face? Looks good to me!!! Nice!!
 
Looks like a scraper to me also.
 
Now that's a very nice scraper. Good sized one too.
 
We found it on top of a fence post while repairing fence. Someone put it there & forgot it I guess. Didn't involve looking down, but looking up. hows that for a twist?

thats a first!!! Artifact hunting is the only activity (that I can think of) where words of encouragement are "keep your head down". Lol!

hey hey mamabear you found yourself a neat little uniface scraper you could go back to that area again and possibly have some luck.........now you see one kind of lithic material used you might find a point made from the same
