Took my confined water course today. I passed!

Nice! Is it through PADI? I got certified a few years ago for Basic Underwater and Adavanced. Did a couple ship wrecks.

That whole Neutral Buoyancy is a trip huh! Like being on the moon. Clearing your mask under water is cool too. Taught allot of people how to do that after i learned. I had to tread water in the pool for 30 mins. That sucked!

Congrats! you think you find stuff on the ground, you just opened up an entirely different world. I've been certified since 1970. Never found so much until I started diving and that was without metal detectors. You'll like it!

I just wear readers 1.50 and might have those put on my mask. I can see my gauges good now. I also ordered a very large screened dive computer.

Congratulations! Great Sport. I’ve been diving before they even had certification,lol. My Father was a Hardhat Diver and Twin 40mm Gunner in WWII. His ship was the USS Kalinin Bay which was in The Battle of Leyte Gulf. He also dove the Arizona during salvage efforts at Pearl Harbor.

congrats on the certification, gotta have that piece of paper

kinda with Ff, uncle dove with a Mark V hardhat (which I sold);
used 1800 psi, 80 cu ft CO2 tanks at 2300 psi (yea, I know but the compressor would not go higher)
eventually got certified in '69

if you get into fish, big ones can be seen down here
