I do believe and my reply could be ridiculously lengthy... but the bottom line is, if you believe in God, you have to believe in ghosts as spirits - IMO.

I have only thought a few times that I've seen one... no evidence, no pictures, just my own mind telling me it was there.

I've heard too many stories from folks who claimed to have had encounters to not believe.

I'm not certain about ghosts, but I can tell you that deceased persons frequently vote in large numbers in Arkansas county elections.

every halloween we start to get the posts about people seeing ghosts in their houses,outside,blah,blah,blah and every year i ask for somebody,anybody to let me come and check it out(i'll drive or fly any resonable distance)..........so far nothing,i don't believe in god or a higher power(i believe in fact and science),BUT like jim said if you believe in god ya gotta believe in ghosts,so if i did happen to see a ghost it would be life changing for me.........but like i said so far no takers......so no ghosts

I have seen quite a few over the years. I saw one sort of evaporate right in front of me while I was walking down the hall where I used to live. It was like black transparent smoke (best I can describe it) and I reached out and tried to touch it as it was disappearing. I didn't feel a thing.....Darn!

Actually, you ARE one. What is the life that is in your body? When the life leaves it, the body is dead. So, what is that in your body, making it live? Your spirit is your life which continues after your body gives it up.
To me, not believing in spirits (Ghosts) is not believing in yourself. Sounds funny to say, "I don't believe I exist".
