going to Reno/Tahoe

I am going to Reno area in a week and would like to strike it rich well may b just have a little fun and find something and relax a little any info where i could go do a little hunting would be thankful never looked for gold I have a v3i and do mostly beach and old sites for coins and things here in Texas.

There is a tradition in Reno of tossing coins off of two downtown bridges. The Truckee is usually pretty shallow this time of year (ankle deep in many places).
You may get run off, but i've seen MDer's in the river. Sorry no placer gold around Reno.
