Gold in Nebraska

Has anyone had any luck with finding gold in Nebraska. Not asking for your spot just pointed in the right direction or maybe tag along with someone to put our boots on the ground to find a spot.

The interesting part about the Missouri river are all the paddle boats and flat boats that sank. The Missouri can be very dangerous during stormy weather. I am an old man reflecting on what my elders told me as a child. I spent many happy days fishing that river, great catfish an bonier crap. Just a old Nebraska boy

Some of those Paddle Boats are now in some farmer's corn or wheat fields because of the meandering River !

You can find glacial till granite outcroppings in rivers and streams within the NE borders. Take samples. Garnet chips will let you know youre in the right area. Might work all day with little to show but it has been done in NE.
