I had a bad experience from ebay. I purchased a claim in AZ and came to find out that the seller couldn't transfer the claim because the paperwork was wrong. I ended up getting a refund after threatening criminal action against them. I also found that they never renewed with blm a few months later so I went out there and staked it properly and filed all the correct paperwork. I would be very careful buying off ebay or any website. Instead look for claims that might have been abandoned and then research to see if nobody else claimed that area afterwards if not get out there and claim it yourself.
