On my way out of town for the night, I had to go by the ARC thrift store, so I thought I'll head in for quick look. I spotted this somewhat beat up hammered looking platter. The maker is Webster Siver Co and marked Sterling. All total I paid $4.34 for it and I'll weigh it when I get home. It does have a nice weight to it.

Nice score!!

257 grams total gives me more than 7.5 Troy ounces of pure silver melt for pocket change. Good thing that sterling mark was tiny.
