3/6 update
- went out again today before lunch and got a nice infantry cuff.. scroll down to reply 27 to see before and after :icon_thumleft:

-then after lunch I went out and got buttons 3 & 4 from the site .. scroll to reply 30 to see totals

2 day totals: 1854 halfdime, (2) eagle infantry coat buttons, eagle infantry cuff button, general service eagle button, several fired bullets, 4 dropped .54s

3/5

Wandered into some woods today on a property I've hit in the past, just had never been anywhere but the fields. Check out the video

I've never seen civil war stuff lying on top of the ground :laughing9:

Aside from a few fired bullets, these are the two finds. :icon_thumleft:

Awesome!

I went out again this morning and there are ZERO targets left where the button and halfdime came from aside from a few iron grunts (square nails) :icon_scratch:

Anyhow, I walked along the hillside about 300 yards to the east and found a little patch of dropped .54 calibers, four to be exact.. About 20 yards from them in the woods I got the matching cuff to yesterday's coat button :headbang:

The button came out in great shape and a nice half dime as well. Like I said over on my site, you've continued to do the "J" Team proud and are without question producing some of the best stuff coming from Missouri way recently. Some very good digging my friend, Congrats! :occasion14:
