;D The sun finally made an appearance today after some rain and hail, and along with the sun, out came our little critters we feed! ;D Usually when they are hungry, they will climb a cool looking stump we have in the garden, and look in our livingroom window! :laughing9: Well, this one decided to see if there was any food in the bird feeder, and of course I couldn't resist getting some pictures of him, and one picture of our little Rhody, we got a lot more blooms on it this year than ever before!!!! :hello2: Enjoy and have a great day!!! :hello: Red

There's a species of squirrel in China that's called Won Hung Lo :read2:

I never have squirrels at my feeders anymore, and I do have feeders! Think very carefully when putting up your feeders. Most squirrels can jump at least 10 feet, whether it be from your garage roof, a bird bath, clothesline, another feeder, your mobile transportation unit, (bicycle, car, truck, etc etc) or they can drop down from above (tree branches) and even from ground zero! I have my feeders mounted at the top of a 7 ft. pole (one inch conduit), about 4 ft. up is a cylyndrical steel tube that is 10 inches in diameter (you should see them trying to hug that thing), it is open on the bottom, but not the top. It is funny watching the "new" squirrels in da hood climb up into that thing, and having a quick look around and trying to figure out where the feeder went :laughing7:, then come sliding back down a few seconds later. The "guard" is about 14 inches long...........NGE
