Nice point....
Is that clay in the insitu? The creeks I hunt have a lot of green clay and green shale in them. I NEVER find any points around that stuff. Do you think that one washed out of the clay or just into that ripple from upstream?.....I'd guess it came from upstream...

Thats when i spotted this little beauty just laying there screaming pick me up so you know i had to jump down in there. While jumping down i managed to hurt my back and knee but it was worth it. But to answer your question i never find anything in the areas of the hard clay bottoms either I think this point washed out of the field we were walking.
