Got out today finally after the river finally went down

Lots of rain last week so the river flooded and finally went down so had a chance to get out to one of my spots. Not a bad day one point and a broken chunk of a bannerstone. image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

Looks like it was a nice day to be out. Wish I could hunt the river here but the state says no. I hunt creeks instead.

Well I hunt the sand ridges in the farm fields along the river not the river itself. The river floods and washes areas out in the farm fields and also cuts off access to some of my better sites.

Nice looking field and wicked serrations. I love hunting sites along the rivers. You are saving some from the plow looking at those tight rows.
