Got shorted $40. What shoiuld I do???

I dropped off my change at the bank and i was shorted $40. The $40 came from being shorted on my dimes.(I was shorted about 370 dimes) The funny part is that they weren't counted as pennies. They ran each bag through the coin counter and each bag was dead on. If anybody has any idea of what could of happen or what i should do, PLEASE POST! Help would greatly be appreciated. I am confused.

Agreed. I tried and honestly I had no leverage. It sucked losing $100 but I got over it and learned a lesson. I'll always roll and cash dimes from now on
The machine company claimed that the counts were correct. I thought to myself..."of course they would." it's extra money for them and lying would prevent them from having to fix and/or replace the machine.

I don't think it is lying, but rather laziness to do or change something. Really depressing, when the wants of one client are neglected to only serve the interests of the majority.
