Government shutdown and banks coin supply

Will the current government shutdown affect the banks coin supply at all? Are some banks not going to be able to get extra coins from distributors if they cannot get them from the mint?

Hey 1more4me, maybe you should call some of your neighbors and friends and ask them why they are contributing to the national healthcare crisis by not paying their fair share of the pie?

Or maybe King Obama can just sever ties with LA, that should help things a bit.

The FACT OF THE MATTER is 50 million American +/- a few million are without health insurance. Hospitals can't deny treatment which means we will pay for it one way or another be it higher premiums or higher taxes and/or we can force those 50 million to pay or help pay their own way. Its that simple.

Feel free to spout your Fox news right wing propaganda all you want. Use your terms like "king Obama" and "I'm sure you are a democrat and expect me to pay your way" and "obama’s freeloaders."

Anyways, my 2 cents. My healthcare coverage from my employer has not changed one bit. In fact, the premium has not changed from last year to this year. I think Republican politicians are afraid that 40 million people without health care will actually like being able to visit the doctor and not die. As some other posters have noted, we are all paying one way or another through emergency rooms.

In any case, as most Republicans will say about wages, if you don't like your company's health care plan go and find a company that will hire you that will give you a plan that you will like. If you don't have the skills to find such job, go and get them and then get the job.

I don't see anything wrong with this thread, so long as the government shut down, my personal opinion is that it (da thread) should stay open. It allows CRH'ers to understand how coins and politics don't mix. Also, allows members to elaborate on their views we otherwise would not see. Since there likely won't be another government shut down for a while, might as well have some fun with it and see where it goes.
